B.O.T. recording new CD!
The band will start recording it's 2nd album December 19th in Los Angeles, CA.
Stay tuned for updates and reports from the recording sessions.
Look for the CD to be available before summer 2009, with tours to follow.

Two Nights in SF!.
B.O.T. returns to the bay area for 2 shows at the Boom Boom Room in January.
The shows are January 16 (Friday) and January 17 (Saturday), with special guests to be announced.

B.O.T. will be supporting Will Bernard Trio on Saturday, November 8th in Los Angeles at The Mint.
Will is a grammy-nominated guitarist, and member of Stanton Moore Trio, T.J. Kirk, and Robert Walter's 20th Congress.
His trio will include Wil Blades on organ, and Eric Kalb (John Scofield Band, Deep Banana Blackout, Greyboy Allstars) on drums.

New Booking Agent!
Big Organ Trio has joined the roster of The Forsyth Agency.
Scott Forsyth will now be handling all of the band's booking.
The agency also books Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey, The Bridge, Mike Dillon's Go-Go Jungle, Papa Grows Funk, Skerik, and others.
Look for the band to expand it's touring schedule nationwide in 2009.

Big Organ Trio will be opening for LEO NOCENTELLI on Friday, October 17th in L.A., CA at The Mint.
Leo is the guitarist and a founding member of legendary New Orleans band The Meters.
B.O.T. first performed with Leo back on June 23, 2006 at their first San Francisco area show.
Check in the Dark and Body are also on the bill.

The show with Ian McLagan on September 20th in L.A. was cancelled due to a scheduling conflict.
Ian McLagan was the keyboardist in Small Faces & The Faces (Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood) and has played with The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and many others.

B.OT. will be playing a show with Mike Clark's Prescription Renewal on July 23rd in L.A.
The group features original Herbie Hancock & The Headhunters members Mike Clark on drums and Paul Jackson on bass, in addition to Jeff Babko (Jimmy Kimmel Show) on keys.

The band will be playing a set between the Dub Trio and Umphrey's shows, and then a special after-show set to close the night.
